Hello. We appreciate your interest in one of our GE microwaves! If you were wanting a built-in appearance for your microwave by using a trim kit, we unfortunately would not have one that would fit a width of 25"; our trim kits can be used with openings of 27" or 30". We regret any inconvenience this may cause and will send notice of your interest in a built-in unit with these dimensions to our design team. We do have various countertop models that are under 25" wide if that may be a good alternative for you.
