I have already brought the 3 month subscription and it asked for my visa details so I put them in but now every time I buy a song it takes money out of my bank.

did you hit buy or just add to play list,, as far as i know adding to play list to hit play will let you listen to the song,, hit buy will cost you more and download.

Make sure you are using the Apple Music app, and not the iTunes app. The iTunes app is where you buy music, the Apple Music app is where you stream music.
