Good question, but I don't know the answer. I can hardly wait to see the answer. I have Geek Squad coverage because I am not a Geek trained person. Right now I am struggling with an eero router with no manual, or at least not one in non-geek language and in a font that is for the visually impaired. I am shortly going to try installing a Ooma Telo which did come with a manual - readable and appears to be fairly simple, it will serve as my landline, again no Geek Squad assist. I sure miss my Geek Squad.
