Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think I'd research EXACTLY what it covers BEFORE I'd purchase any maintenance agreement. I have had service agreements with the Geek Squad in the past. They were excellent and I would have recommended them to anyone. But I had an issue when I returned defective new item and was given a equally new replacement. The 1 year service agreement did not transfer to the new (and no-charge) replacement. (another $29.95.....for what?)
