I believe the answer is yes. Customer satisfaction is crucial as it distinguishes a reputable brand from a misleading one. Occasionally, brands adjust the usage terms of your device. I collaborated with a brand that did this, but it was clearly stated during the purchase. If Geek Squad promised you protection yet pro-rated your device or refunded you a different amount than what you originally paid, I would consider that deceptive and hesitate before making another purchase.

Your store credit should be the total of what you originally paid for the vacuum itself plus tax but minus the amount you paid for the extended warranty.
