Hi Marvin. Thanks for your question. I'm sorry to hear about your TV! It sounds like the LED panel inside is damaged underneath the glass. Most of the time, the repair can be quite costly depending on the age of the TV. The agent who is coming out would be able to tell you if it's worthwhile or not.
