A:AnswerNo...they don't come out to check the TV. In my case I simply told them about the grid lines showing up in the picture and they took action based on that alone. In both cases i was given back the total amount I spent on the tv which I then purchased a new TV. I was also allowed to keep the failing tv until the screens went totally black.
A:AnswerI also received in email as I requested it, do as I do scan your receipts and put them in a fold labeled warranty receipts. Put the name of the scan as what’s warranted, when it’s expired, date purchased and it’s easier to keep track.
A:AnswerAs long as you’re warranty isn’t expired it absolutely should cover it, I’ve had that issue once before and it was covered under warranty and homeowners insurance/renters insurance under my plan
A:AnswerJust call or chat support with best buy. Last time i had an issue with my geek squad protected purchase they fixed the issue very seemlessly and quickly. No extra charge!
A:AnswerI have not seen that on my TV. Check if that is happening with certain audio sources like apps, consoles, blue-rays, etc. If this is happening with everything, I would reset it and try again. Use your warranty. They can help you with troubleshooting steps.
