“I bought the 3 year protection plan for my Kitchenaid double oven stove. My knobs are all cracked and peeling and are sharp. Are these covered under our plan? It's a shame to pay this much for a range and have this happen.”

• I just tried to make a claim on my Samsung electric range for a replacement knob and was told by Geek Squad that it isn’t covered by my protection plan. So that is disappointing.

• Make the claim, the worst they can say is no. Honestly id be surprised if they did. Ive had great luck with them
