• If its been less than 30 days I believe that best buy policy, give the store a call where you purchased it.

• If you have a warranty or signed up for an extended warranty through geek squad, all you have to do is call Best Buy and you’ll have a new TV or an upgraded version if it is out of stock delivered within 24 hours and set up no charge
