You could call to ask. Who knows, it could be an issue with that model. If not, you may want to give this a try (if you haven’t already): UNPLUG unit. Lightly spray WD-40 (or similar lubricant) at base lightbulb. Let set a few minutes to reach crevices. Using leather glove* or thick* damp rag, gently twist bulb counter-clockwise to remove. *Used to help protect against glass shards in event bulb breaks. IF bulb breaks, search online for “Potato to Remove Broken Lightbulb.” Hope this helps!

Please try again later.I believe the warranty covers everything at least that’s what I was told what I would do is as long as it’s still under the warranty that you bought from Best Buy you should probably call them and tell them that you have the warranty they can look it up and see that in the refrigerator is not working correctly because the light is out what they may end up doing is telling you to simply unscrew it bring it in and then they will probably replace it for free but that’s not guaranteed. I’m only saying that because it’s probably cheaper for them to do that then just send a guy to simply change the lightbulb.
