When this happens it is advised to take the TV back immediately. The best option is always free delivery when you're buying ATV so that there is no questions on who is at fault. Usually Best Buy will just replace it instantly for you they are not in business to run off customers they're in business to help and provide a service.

If you just picked up the TV, we should be able to do a full swap of the unit and not touch your Geek Squad Protection. Please contact your local Best Buy store and let them know you're bringing the TV back in with some damage and then bring it back if you can. I hope this helps out!
