I try to pull the little black plug every 30 minutes when its really humid and hold a cup up to it as it will pump out half a cup usually. When i use it in a large room over 400 sqft the auto evap does not keep up to the moisture and the bottom fills with water. I just take the back off and tilt the unit on its back in the shower or on the deck..... seems annoying but honestly after all the reviews on other units this is a super underrated ac unit.
