Likely due to the selection on the TV for source... The "Switch-Box" is powered, needs to be plug in to a wall electrical outlet. Then, there is an ON/OFF button in the front towards the right on the face plate that needs to be turned on either manually by holding it till the unit comes alive, which takes a bit longer than one would expect, same to power it down...) there is a remote control I choose not to use because us frustrating to me...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Plug hdmi cable into output and the other end to your tv. Then use other hdmi cables to hook each device into an input hole on the rocketfish. Plug the power cable into an outlet or surge protector. Turn tv on make sure to have it on the right input setting. Example if the rocketfish is hooked to hdmi 1 you need to turn the tv input to hdmi 1. Then use either the small remote or the button on the rocketfish to switch to the device you want. There are three ports in the back and one in front. Hope this helps. If you have roku try plugging that into a port with an hdmi cable. Or if you have more than 1 hdmi port on your tv itself just hook it directly to your tv. If you have a cable box as well use the switch for that. Most importantly make sure that you turn everything on. Hopefully the product I recommended is the one you have.
