“Problems recognizing devices Brand new unit. Seeking to connect (i) HD Cable Box, (ii) Apple TV, (iii) PS3 System. Each component works individually over the main HDMI cable connected to my TV. When set up through the selector the following happens: 1) TV has picture but no sound 2) Apple TV works fine 3) PS3 is not picked up at all (no picture, no sound) Each patch cable is a high-speed, HDMI cable. I can interchange the cables and the same thing takes place. Is there some sort of setting I can look to to get this to work?”

• I had similar results hooking up a PS3 and PS4 to a Dynex TV. This switch does nothing with many current devices - check the Rocketfish forums. Return it as soon as possible, before the very short Best Buy 15 day return policy has lapsed.
