“SNES in port 1, XBox 1S in port 2, 4K Apple TV in port 3, and Sony 4K TV in the output. High speed HDMI cables are used for the XBox and the Apple TV. ISSUES: No audio for XBox (there's picture only.) No audio or picture for Apple TV. What's the fix??”

I had to use a recommended Belkin HDMI cable for my Apple 4K TV.
