Its a low grade switch. The best thing to do is return it and get your money back. I had the same issue. Only thing was I was past the return time. I hope your not in the same situation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have got to use the remote control to select which input you want to use! I had to call the company to find this out! However, I find that when I want to use my DVR player, and I turn the DVR player on with remote, the switching is automatic to HDMI #2 However, when I want to watch TV, which is HDMI port #1, I have to use the RocketFish Remote to select input #1. You have to use the remote to switch between HDMI Inputs. I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It could be your HDMI cable. I have he same issue and bought a new HDMI cable and it works great. Some HDMI cables are not compatible.
