After hooking up my P.C to t.v as a monitor i to had this problem! I solved it by running a head phone intermediate cable from the head phone jack on P.C to the jack on t.v and it worked! maybe same will help you! try with a cheaper cable and see if it will work as i did! then i upgraded!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your devices deliver audio and video when going straight to the tv you may have a faulty device that can hopefully be returned for a new one. We have ours set up with a PS4, Xbox One and an Xbox 360 and all work without issue through this hdmi switcher.
