No. I purchase a warranty on my laptop a year ago Had to take it to Best Buy to be repair and was very disappointed and upset The protection plan I thought was so great didn't fix my laptop Really I just wasted my money if you can I suggest you live with damage and cancel you protection plan it is not how it use to be Now a rip off Hope this help
