Does this cover replacement of a battery that has swollen and thus is pushing against the underside of the touchpad of an HP Envy, rendering the touchpad, and thus the laptop, useless? null

I was just at Best Buy in Vernon Hills, IL, and they would NOT replace a swollen battery. They sent me to another local computer repair company. We have the Best Buy Total coverage on our devices, but they would not replace the battery due to the swelling.

Yes. This warranty covers that. However I switched from the HP Envy to a Dell because of the hard drive going out in two of HP Envy's I had. So definitely take it in.
