ALL PRODUCTS ARE SEEN BY A GEEK SQUAD & THEN IF NOT ABLE TO BE FIXED IN STORE THEY SEND IT TO THE A BEST BUY SERVICE CENTER & IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIX IT THEY WILL SEND YOU A NEW ONE "THE MODEL YOU BOUGHT" HOWEVER IF THEY NO LONGER CARRY THAT MODEL THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE CLOSEST MODEL TO THAT MODEL YOU BOUGHT THAT THEY HAVE AVAILABLE
