“I purchased this again after giving my previous owned one to a friend. I bought it in November 2020, I just used it first to scann items after I ha set i up. But now I need to print and I get :Receiving Data? and it never priants. Help!”

• Follow the instructions and also reinstall the app

• when I have problems with the printer I just try to get away, unplug, remove the print from the computer. Then plug in and wait for printing again.
