Trust me buy the HP warranty from their site. Had I done this, the hard drive would have been replaced (yes I called HP to verify this) and I would not be out hundreds of dollars for the exact same laptops I had.

A:AnswerYes, I'm pretty sure you can extend your coverage. I know i bought a 3 year policy when I purchased my computer and most companies have allowances for extending your coverage. Check with Best Buy Customer Service, if you can ever reach them.
