• You will have to take it back to the store because that’s what they told me when my microwave died and I even paid extra for insurance but me or my wife are not able to do that so we just have to get online and buy another microwave and get it shipped to us but I will never buy anything else at Bestbuy

• Just bring it to a store and they'll swap it out. You will just need to buy a new protection plan for the replacement.
