The system would not or could not recognize the black ink jet cartridge replacement. I tried several times to correct this problem by shutting it down and re-booting the system starting over with complete WiFi reset. This did not work. Conclusion: I took this printer back and exchanged it for an HP-Office Jet Pro 9010 series. The HP printer is more expensive, but works flawlessly and loads very easily to the WiFi connections. Sorry to tell you, I found no fix for the EPSON XP-4100 printer. I chose a more expensive printer but that worked successfully. The old adage “you get what you pay for” rings true based upon my experience with wireless printers. Thank you. Good luck.
