I just brought my Roku Sound bar in because it wasn't working right, 2 yrs old and they gave me a new one with the warranty protection I have on it.

I haven’t used it in my Roku but I did on my soundbar. I had to leave it but they as unable to repair then called me to let me know they would issue store credit. I was told would have to wait a week but it took less than a week for resolution.
