Please try again later.Frank, I seriously advise you to contact Geek Squad now to confirm your new address, along with any other contact info associated with that purchase. If you need to file a claim at some point, they will only refer back to contact info provided on the original purchase date. I am having an issue now with a gifted item. They are not good about taking down your "current" contact details then updating the claims. Luckily, I am in contact with the person who gifted my TV so I am being forwarded all of the emails Geek Squad doesn't send directly to me. Terrible experience so far...take this as a warning to update, update, update ALL contact info. In case you're wondering, I'm on year 3 1/2 so good luck if you make it through 5 years.
