Thank you for purchasing your TV, protection plan and services through Best Buy. We know a TV is a large purchase and truly appreciate that you let us be a part of the process. With TV's under 51" you would need to make an appointment to bring the TV in to the store to be repaired. If that happens, you can schedule an appointment with a Geek Squad Agent in store through our website at www.geeksquad.com/schedule.

However, it doesn't seem that presumptuous to think that if they come to homes to give computer and laptop services, that they couldn't/wouldn't honor a request such as yours. (esp. w/ the G.S.W.). Hope I've given you "food for action." ;)
