Order the new TV while I was in bed with a broken hip TV arrived broken. I paid for the extra warranty. I called them. They said not a problem. Return our TV and we'll send you another TV I said cool. I return their TV well. My brother did that day. They refunded it to a gift card. That was thrown away. Nothing I could do about ithey laugh. Online manager and store manager would do nothing for me.
