Some of the eggs and vegetables were frozen in the fridge where the temperature was set at 39F. We turned off the power freeze and it did not help. Please advice. null

Very simple here is how I understand the warranty to work if you purchased the appliance along with the geek squad, three-year warranty, and the problem you’re having now with it falls into that three-year warranty then all you should have to do is simply call up your local Best Buy and they should send somebody to either fix it or replace it. I don’t know if you need the receipt, but I know at the Best Buy I go to which is here in Long Island. They usually save all that information on their computer. Hope that helps!!

I just purchased this new refrigerator. It's great,no issues as of yet.
