I’m not sure where you’re from but I’m in Long Island New York I happen to know the managers personal number. When I called him right from his phone, he is able to look up all my past purchases and see all my warranties what I would do is I would call up Best Buy and your case asked to speak to a manager not an associate not a customer service rep call the store the actual store where you bought it speak to a manager and ask them if they can access it via computer and then they should be able to answer all your questions
