If they can't fix it, more than likely they will replace it. Check your Geek Squad paperwork or their website to double check what your plan covers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, and the entire process is a joke. My current estimate for a fixed refrigerator is 2 weeks and that was for a compressor replacement as well. Check with Kitchenaid to see what their warranty is for the cooling system. LG is 5 years and I am in process to see if they can come and complete the repair faster than Geek Squad. Also, not every tech can replace compressors for the newer units so they will even put it back on the Manf to come do the repair. Good luck
