• Nope! Customer satisfaction is frowned upon. You paid for it. The poor schmo will have to buy their own appliance and buy their own "cheese" plan!!

• I would imagine that the transfer instructions, if transferable, would be on the warranty instructions. Or just call geek squad and ask them.
