I do not know. I just had them mount an 85" television.

The tv bracket is screwed directly into the wall. (Not sure about the fireplace question… I think they can Mount on a brick wall if that’s what you’re asking?) installers are not builders, so don’t think they will build you a shelf under tv. Probably have to buy the unit you want for that space.
