Is a waste of time due that the app, the service , assistance and the free trial none of them worked

Not 100% sure but it should work with Alexa because it’s the full SiriusXM account. You’re not in a contract you can cancel anytime. It’s just 6 free months. But you do have to enter in a credit card. It’s easy to cancel online as well. Don’t have to call in.
