Yes it will work great for your use. You would just need a Lighting to Digital A/V adapter from Apple and a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable for your iPad and iPhone. And for your Macbook if it already has an HDMI port on it then you would just need the mini-HDMI to HDMI if it does not then you would need a mini-display port to HDMI adapter.
