The projector is targeted towards personal use and may not provide enough brightness for a meeting, the room would need to be dimmed in order to use it properly. Also to connect to an iPad you would need a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable and lightning digital AV adapter. The projector comes with a charging cable, AV cable, and a tripod.
