“I just bought this item and it's been displaying in negative after 1 minute of being on? This keeps reoccurring. How do i fix this? The settings are normal”

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us we really appreciate it! Have you tried factory resetting the projector? This can be located in the setting > options menu. You could also try hard resetting the projector as well, which can be located on the right side of the projector next to the TF Card reader. There should be a small pin-sized hole that could fit a paper clip. If these solutions do not resolve the issue I would recommend contacting AAXA through their website! Thanks.
