• Tilt is +5 to -15 degrees, Mine came with a 5 foot HDMI cable.

• I'm sure you can tilt it some with the stand it came with, but I don't know as I bought a different stand so I could turn the monitor to portrait mode. It also comes with an HDMI to HDMI connector, but I don't know how long it is.
