I had the same issue but I resolved it by reducing the number of applications that start during startup. You don't need many of them. disable them and then you'll be fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.One man's floor is another man's ceiling, i.e., "loud" is relative, unless you have a decibel meter handy. I personally have almost never noticed a fan noise on any computer, so you may be particularly sensitive. Or I may be going deaf.
