It can do 120hz at 1080p. It has speakers, but they aren't very loud. There is an 3.5mm audio port to plug in headphones or speakers. I'd suggest getting a headset and plugging it into your ps5 controller for the best audio when playing games.

It can do 120hz refresh rate, assuming thats what you meant, it has a built in speaker, although i would recommend a headset or external speaker instead
