Probably not. Satellite uses the full spectrum of the wire. Cable does not.

There is a different standard for that which is not as widely adopted and I don't know of a good product for that. If you have, for instance, multiple cables to various rooms/sections of the house, you may be able to take those off the satellite system and then use your cable wiring. If you use a home power adapter (ethernet over your power wiring), you have to watch out that essentially every house using 120 volts has the wiring essentially split into two sections at the circuit breaker box...making it sometimes hard to get the right point to point working.
