No, this keyboard is not lighted. The keys are slightly larger than a regular keyboard. They are a very bright yellow with thick dark large black lettering which makes it extremely easy to see each key. I can easily read the keys by just using the light from the computer, which I could not do with a regular black keyboard.

I bought it after i started using my laptop with only an external monitor. Because it's a small space, my laptop screen was opened only enough to allow me to use the keyboard. With the lamp behind the laptop, my laptop keyboard is completely dark. Now i have the laptop screen closed, and a slight amount of light allows me to easily find any key. This is a basic keyboard with a few extra hot buttons. I've been using it for a few weeks, and it has met my needs.
