• If you purchase the "physical" version of Acrobat Pro 2020 from Best Buy, the software will not be delivered to you on any kind of media. No CD, no flash drive, no download link. All you will receive is an empty box with instructions on how to verify your eligibility for the educational version of Acrobat. Once your eligibility is verified (a fairly quick process), Adobe will then provide you with a serial number to install the software on your device. But to get the actual software, you will need to search the Adobe website to find a downloadable version.
