You should be able to start harvesting your Heirloom Salad Greens in about 25-40 days after planting. Our lettuce and green varieties can last up to 4 months before bolting or bitterness set in. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team with any further questions or concerns.

They list different germination times for different seed packs. I have the Heirloom salad and it lists 4-10 days. After 5 days I started to see sprouts in two pods.
