We're sorry to hear your seed pods didn't grow as expected. We do have a 21-day germination guarantee where we will replace them if they don't sprout or die shortly after. Please contact AeroGarden customer service team by email or chat for replacement pods.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Contacted Best Buy Jan 12th. On the phone 3 hrs. transfered to about 6 different Reps. in my attempt to resolve issue. I was asked to send back whole unit for replacement when it is only 2 pods that did not germinate. At one point I was told my other option is to purchase a set of 6 pods. My response is, I've already paid for a product that is defective, why would I pay for it again? On the 12th I also sent email to [email protected] after my 3 hr. stint on the phone. And may I also add, I received no response after phone conversation on Jan 7th (given case #255887161) regarding same issue. Rep was to send email, which still has arrived. Did I state that this AeroGarden was ordered on Dec 23rd and delivered on Jan 2nd because the AeroGarden was out of stock at the time. Correction to previous question for help. There are 6 pods and only 2 did not germinate.
