“I've had my Elite Slim Aerogarden for about two weeks. Four of the pods have begun to grow. The other two have not. Is there something wrong. What should I do to help the pods grow? Is it possible they are defective?”

Please send an email through our Contact Us form and include your name, address, phone number, and name of your pod(s) that didn’t germinate so we can send you a replacement and help troubleshoot.
