“My headset is completely not working. I believe I am covered till 2024. What is my next move? Will you replace them since I’m covered?”

• My set quit charging while still under warranty and I got them replaced through AfterShokz. I went to their website and filled out the warranty information. I didn't have any problems doing it that way.
