Are these amplified? null

They have their own volume control and capability, but they are not amplified. If you are in a loud noisy environment they will not over power the sound.

I am not sure what you mean by amplified but this device is able to be turned up or down in volume and I must say that the lotto volume is quite loud. So far as the microphone being amplified it is a very sensitive listening device

Yes..you can adjust settings in sound on ph to find the desired sound level
