Keep in mind these are NOT hearing aids, they are Bluetooth headphones, so you'll only be able to listen to audio from compatible Bluetooth sources. (Phone / compatible computer, etc.) As these work using bone conduction (similar to the bone-anchored implant from what I understand), as long as your inner ear is working properly, then yes, it should allow you to hear compatible audio sources better than regular headphones. Aftershockz does have a wired version also available if you don't have Bluetooth, though that model is several years old and the newer models are much improved in sound quality, comfort, etc.

But I've never seen a hearing specialist and my experience may not be indicative as to what yours would be.
