Depending on the style of the arms of your glasses, these could interfere and cause discomfort. I can't see any way for them to coexist peacfully as the headphones have to hook over the ear in the same place as your glasses.

Yes they work comfortably with my thin metal frames. Thick or stiff frames might cause more of a problem, but I think they would still work.
